1. Scope and acceptance

This document governs the advertising directory, access to business contact details and related features provided by Australia Escort Directory (“we”, “us” or the “Website”). Read it before registering, purchasing or submitting advertising materials. Terms requiring acceptance must be clearly presented and accepted before the relevant action. This privacy policy does not replace any separate consent required by law.

2. Age and lawful use

The Website is restricted to people aged at least 18 who also meet any applicable local age of majority. Minors must not access adult content, purchase contact details or submit advertising materials.

Users and advertisers must comply with laws applicable to their location, the service location and other relevant jurisdictions. Publication does not establish that an advertised service is lawful everywhere. We may apply age assurance measures as required. Third-party login is not age verification.

3. Our service and listed businesses

We publish qualifying business advertisements free of charge and sell access to business contact details. Our charge is for information access, not payment for a business’s services, and does not create or confirm a booking.

Service descriptions, prices, availability, acceptance of enquiries and transaction terms are arranged separately between the business and customer. We do not promise a response, booking acceptance or any particular service. We remain responsible for our own information access service, representations and conduct for which the law makes us responsible.

4. Prices and access rules

Prices are in Australian dollars: A$19.99 for 1 business contact, A$59.99 for 5, and A$99.99 for 15.

The final payable total, applicable taxes, additional charges and package conditions must be disclosed before payment. Charges and automatic renewal require express authorisation.

Complete before publication: [one-off purchase or subscription]; [unused-credit expiry]; [access period for unlocked contacts]; [whether viewing the same contact again uses a credit]. Rules disclosed and accepted at purchase govern that order. Later changes must not retrospectively reduce purchased rights, except where required by law.

5. Payment delivery and refunds

Payments are processed through Hiilp Pay. Following successful payment and system confirmation, we must provide the corresponding access. A payment screen or pending transaction is not delivery.

For duplicate charges, successful payment without delivery, incorrect credit deductions, or contact details that were incorrect or invalid when supplied, email [email protected] with the order reference and necessary explanation. We will investigate and, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law, correct delivery, restore credits, replace details or refund payment. Credits or replacement services will not be forced on a customer instead of a legally required refund.

A business failing to respond, declining a booking, or a customer changing their mind does not by itself establish non-delivery where the contact details work. Purchase representations and applicable law still apply. Nothing limits non-excludable rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

6. Login and account security

Paxiy third-party login is supported. Protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, share paid access, bypass payment restrictions or access another account without permission.

Paxiy’s independent services have their own terms. We must explain requested account information and permissions before authorisation. Third-party failure does not automatically remove our responsibility to resolve unfulfilled orders.

7. Advertising materials and licence

Ordinary users cannot directly upload photographs or publish advertisements. We receive materials through designated channels and review them before publication. Free listing does not guarantee acceptance or continued publication.

Submitters must have rights to the text, photographs, likenesses and contact details supplied, together with necessary authorisation from the adults concerned for publication and paid disclosure of their contact details. They grant us a non-exclusive licence limited to reviewing, formatting, publishing and maintaining the advertisement. It does not permit unrelated promotion or resale of materials.

Content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, privacy or intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity is prohibited. We may request evidence, refuse or remove advertisements and handle records as required by law.

8. Reporting removal and account restrictions

Report suspected unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorised publication or incorrect details to [email protected]. Include the page link, explanation and necessary supporting evidence, avoiding unrelated sensitive information.

We will assess reports, restrict access or remove content where necessary, and offer review where appropriate. Account restrictions addressing unlawful activity, security risks or abuse must be reasonable and proportionate. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit undelivered paid entitlements, which must be handled according to law.

9. Liability

We do not give business identity, qualification, health, safety or performance guarantees unless expressly stated. “Listed” or “reviewed” does not amount to a guarantee of a business or its services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party losses without a causal connection to our breach, negligence or other conduct for which we are legally responsible. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, consumer guarantees or remedies, or excuses our own unlawful conduct or applicable content-handling duties.

10. Personal information collection

We should collect only information reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, orders, complaints and legal obligations. This may include authorised Paxiy account identifiers and basic profile information, order and unlock records, payment status and transaction references, support communications, and necessary IP address, device and security logs.

Verify and complete before publication: [actual Paxiy fields]; [payment information received respectively by Hiilp Pay and the Website]; [age assurance method and information]. We do not claim that the Website never receives complete payment details unless the technical process has been verified.

Browsing and unlock records may reveal highly private interests or inferences. We will process them only where lawful and necessary, obtain separate express consent where required, and not use them for unconsented sensitive profiling or marketing. Withholding information necessary for login, payment or security may prevent use of the relevant feature. Optional information must remain optional.

11. Use disclosure and international processing

Information may be used for authentication, payment and delivery, account administration, fraud prevention, refunds, complaints, security and legal obligations. We do not sell users’ personal information. Business contact details are disclosed to paying users only with a lawful basis and necessary authorisation.

Necessary information may be shared with Paxiy, Hiilp Pay, hosting and security providers, confidential professional advisers, or authorities lawfully entitled to it. Purchasing a contact does not authorise undisclosed disclosure of the purchaser’s identity to that business.

Information may be processed in Hong Kong and provider locations. Complete before publication: [principal processing countries or regions, provider categories and safeguards]. Website use is not unlimited authorisation for all international processing.

12. Cookies retention and security

Necessary cookies or similar technologies may support login, payment sessions and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising tracking must be separately explained, with consent and withdrawal choices where required.

Information is retained only as necessary for its purposes or legal requirements, then securely deleted or de-identified.

We apply risk-appropriate access controls and security measures, without promising absolute security. Breaches will be assessed and contained, with notifications to affected people or regulators where legally required.

13. Privacy requests and complaints

Email [email protected] to request access or correction, or deletion, account closure or withdrawal of consent where applicable law permits. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Legally required order or dispute records may not be immediately deleted.

We may verify identity proportionately and will handle requests within applicable statutory periods, explaining refusals and available complaint channels. Complaints may also be made to a competent privacy regulator, including Hong Kong’s Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data or Australia’s Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.

14. Law changes and languages

Hong Kong law governs these terms subject to mandatory applicable laws and consumer rights. Users retain any right to approach a competent court, tribunal or regulator.

Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice, with fresh acceptance where necessary. Changes will not retrospectively reduce existing order rights. Material changes to privacy purposes require further notice or consent as applicable.

All five language versions aim to express the same terms. Differences must be interpreted in light of the version presented at the transaction and applicable law. Language precedence must not diminish consumer rights.
